The 2023 edition of Mike Taylor's BBQ Cook-Off has been set for Saturday, April 1, 2023, at The Salvation Army Peacock Boys & Girls Club in San Antonio, TX.
Competitions will be held in four categories including brisket, chicken, pulled pork, and specialty. Trophies will be awarded to the top three contestants in each of the four categories. BBQ team sign-ups are open now.
Entertainment consists of live music, stuff to keep the kids busy, and a panel of celebrity judges. BBQ plates will also be available for drive-thru pickup for those that just want some of that sweet meat.
All proceeds benefit The Salvation Army Boys & Girls Club.
